What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.
Do you accept online payments?
Unfortunately, we do not currently accept online payments. We are working on adding this option in the future.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by adding items to your cart and checking out. You can also call us on WhatsApp at +92 300 0968522 to place an order.
Is my order confirmed after placing it online?
Yes, upon receiving your order, we will contact you to confirm it and arrange for COD.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within Pakistan for all orders.
What are your shipping times?
Typically, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days within major cities in Pakistan. For remote areas, it may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Pakistan.
What type of products do you sell?
We offer a wide variety of products, including household items, kitchen appliances, computer accessories, and mobile accessories. We do not sell medicine and supplements.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return an item within 7 days of receiving it if it is unopened and in its original packaging. Please contact us for return instructions.
What is your return policy?
In an unlikely event that you receive a flawed product, please send us an email at support@slickmart.pk with images documenting the flaw you discovered within 30 days of the delivery date. You'll get a refund only if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong product.
